Founder and President of

I help the C-suite deliver compelling messages in a distracted world.

I’ve been shaping narratives for more than three decades, first as a financial journalist and later as a Fortune 500 Chief Communications Officer, helping companies define their brand and enhance their reputation.

Now, as founder and president of gcomms.org, I work with executives to sharpen their messaging and strengthen their storytelling. It’s about delivering the right words at the right time.

In 2012, I joined Henry Schein with a challenge: to build a global communications function for the world’s largest provider of health care solutions to office-based dental and medical practitioners.

From modernizing executive communications and media relations to transforming internal communications and social media, every initiative was designed to elevate the company’s voice. Along the way, I spearheaded Henry Schein’s first corporate brand campaign, established the CEO’s social media presence, conceived and wrote the company’s first corporate social responsibility report, and built a mobile intranet to connect a global workforce.

The mission wasn’t just to tell the Henry Schein story but to define it, amplify it, and ensure the message resonated across every audience.

At Kodak, I found myself at the center of one of the most historic transformations in business – the seismic shift from film to digital at a legendary global brand.

I led communications through an array of challenges that required a legacy manufacturer to burnish its reputation for innovation. This effort culminated in securing the selection of Kodak digital camera inventor Steven J. Sasson to receive the National Medal of Technology and Innovation, the U.S.’s highest such honor.

Early in my career, I was a founding member of Bloomberg News. I established coverage of the Federal Reserve and the U.S. government securities market before launching and leading the Boston bureau, where the team generated market-moving coverage of companies and industries based in New England, including banking, biotech, defense, industrials, and software.

These experiences honed an ability to translate complex topics into compelling, accessible stories.

My passion is helping leaders articulate their vision, build trust with stakeholders, and communicate with confidence – whether in the boardroom, in the media, or on digital platforms.
